How do I book a pasta class?+
Fill in the form above or write directly on WhatsApp or by email. Tell Virginia how many people you are, your preferred date and time slot (11–14 or 17–20). She will reply within a few hours with availability.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend at least 1–2 weeks ahead for open classes, and 2–3 weeks for private events (birthday, graduation, team building). For popular dates (summer weekends, holidays) book as early as possible.
Is the class held in English?+
Yes! All classes are held in both Italian and English. Virginia is fluent in English and has hosted hundreds of international guests from the US, UK, Australia, Germany, Japan and beyond.
How do I get to Calestano?+
By car along the Val Baganza valley — 40 minutes from Parma, 1 hour from Bologna, 1h30 from Milan. Parma is served by high-speed trains from Milan (1h), Florence (1h10) and Rome (2h30). We also offer a shuttle from Parma train station (+€30/person, return). Exact address and directions are sent after booking.

Absolutely. Pasta Special offers private experiences for bachelorette parties, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and corporate team building. The entire kitchen and terrace are reserved exclusively for your group. Get in touch and we'll organise everything together.
